Privacy Policy
This policy covers Petri Dish (“the app”), listed on Google Play as Kids Science Microscope Worlds, which Context Aware LLC (“we”, “us”) publishes under the Nordaware name.
In short: the app collects nothing about your child or anyone else. It has no ads, no accounts, no chat and no internet access, and it sends nothing to us or to anyone else.

Children
The app is made for children and follows Google Play's Families policy. Because it collects no personal information from children or anyone else, there is nothing for a parent to review or delete, and nothing for us to ask your consent to collect.
Google Play
When you buy and install the app from Google Play, Google handles the download, the payment and, if you have agreed to share them, crash reports and usage statistics. Google's own privacy policy governs that. Google shows us such reports only in aggregate and without your name, and we use them only to fix problems.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use them only to answer you, and we delete the conversation on request.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal information. We would disclose information only if the law required it.
Keeping and deleting data
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android's settings, deletes everything it kept on the device. Apart from Android's own backup, if you use it, there is no copy anywhere else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, COPPA or the EU and UK GDPR give you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you or your child, and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to us at the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. We will not start collecting information from children without changing this policy first.
