Privacy Policy
This policy covers the apps Context Aware (“we”, “us”) publishes under the Nordaware name, and this website, nordaware.com. Where an app works differently from what is described here, its own section at the end of this page says so.
In short: unless its section below says otherwise, a Nordaware app keeps everything on your device. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and it sends nothing to us or to anyone else.
What our apps collect
Nothing, by default. Your settings and anything else an app needs to remember are stored on your device, in that app's private storage. We cannot see them.
An app asks only for the Android permissions it needs to do its job. Each app's section below lists them.
Google Play
When you install an app from Google Play, Google handles the download, any payment and, if you have agreed to share them, crash reports and usage statistics. Google's own privacy policy governs that. Google shows us such reports only in aggregate and without your name, and we use them only to fix problems.
This website
nordaware.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use them only to answer you, and we delete the conversation on request.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal information. We would disclose information only if the law required it.
Keeping and deleting your data
Uninstalling an app, or clearing its storage in Android's settings, deletes everything it kept on your device. There is no copy anywhere else to delete.
Children
Petri Dish is made for children; our other apps are general-audience apps and are not directed at children under 13. None of them collects personal information from anyone, children included, so there is nothing for a parent to review or delete.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR give you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to us at the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
