Terms of Use
These terms cover the apps Context Aware (“we”, “us”) publishes under the Nordaware name, and this website. By installing or using one, you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, as allowed by the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the apps, except where the law lets you regardless.
Ownership
The apps, their artwork and their code belong to Context Aware. Nordaware is our trademark. Anything you create with an app, such as a wallpaper you have customised, is yours to use.
Purchases
Google Play handles any payment, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
No warranty
The apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them working well, but we do not promise they will be error-free or suit every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Context Aware is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the apps, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Changes and ending
We may update an app or these terms. If the terms change, we will post the new version here with a new date. You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it.
App-specific terms
Some apps have terms of their own, which apply to that app in place of these:Animated Fractal Wallpaper Art,Petri Dish.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
