Keeping track of the little things is part of the job, but it isn't what people pay for. They pay for the craftsmanship. This app does three things, invoices, expenses and time tracking, and does them well. No ads and no bloat.
It's built by a handyman who uses it himself, after years of leaving other apps for the same reasons you probably did. It won't turn into something it wasn't when you first liked it.
One tap invoices
Add your unbilled labor and expenses to an invoice in one tap, or add them one piece at a time. Your business name, license number and tax details go in the header.
Never punch in again
Walk onto a job site and it clocks you in. Leave, and it clocks you out. Set your working hours so driving past a job on a Sunday doesn't count. Rather not share your location? Clock in by hand and everything else works the same.
Quick expenses
Snap a receipt and it files the expense to the job you were last on.
Easy to fix
Anything can be changed, however it was entered, until it's billed.
