Privacy Policy
This policy covers Animated Fractal Wallpaper Art (“the app”), which Context Aware LLC (“we”, “us”) publishes under the Nordaware name.
In short: the app keeps everything on your device. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, it never goes online, and it sends nothing to us or to anyone else.

| Permissions | None on Android 10 and newer. On Android 9 and older, the app asks for storage access only when you save a picture or clip to your gallery. The app never goes online itself. |

Google Play
When you install the app from Google Play, Google handles the download, any payment and, if you have agreed to share them, crash reports and usage statistics. Google's own privacy policy governs that. Google shows us such reports only in aggregate and without your name, and we use them only to fix problems.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use them only to answer you, and we delete the conversation on request.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal information. We would disclose information only if the law required it.
Keeping and deleting your data
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android's settings, deletes everything it kept on your device. There is no copy anywhere else to delete.
Children
The app is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR give you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to us at the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
